1. Shipping
We proudly offer shipping services to all over India, and we are committed to ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your products. We have partnered exclusively with reputable and dependable national and international courier companies like DHL, FedEx, DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees etc. to guarantee your satisfaction.
- We provide free shipping for all orders above ₹799.
- A shipping fee of ₹100/- is applied to all orders below ₹799.
- All prices listed are inclusive of GST.
2. Order Processing and Dispatch
- Each of our exquisite pieces is meticulously crafted to order.
- You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is confirmed. Our team will contact you to confirm the details
- FOR JEWELLERY – It takes 1-2 days for ready items. And for Customised orders, 3-10 Days depending on the complexity of design and demand. We strive to dispatch your order as soon as we receive the order. Once dispatched it can take 2-10 business days to reach you.
- FOR ARTS – It takes 1-2 days for ready items. And for Customised orders, 7-30 Days depending on the complexity of design and demand. We strive to dispatch your order as soon as we receive the order. Once dispatched it can take 2-10 business days to reach you.
- Please note that we do not offer exchanges. Please refer to our Refund And Return Policy.
3. Delivery Schedule
- Our courier partner is equipped to deliver shipments between Monday and Saturday (excluding Public Holidays) from 10 AM to 6 PM.
- Requests for address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not been shipped from our warehouse.
- To ensure smooth communication, please provide your correct phone number & email address with every order.
4. Tracking Information
- Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
- While we are committed to assisting in tracking your parcel, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or unforeseeable circumstances, especially if they are attributed to our delivery partner.
5. How can I track my order?
Once the order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be sent on your registered E-mail ID along with the link.
6. What happens if I’m not at home when delivery is attempted?
- If you are not at home, you can ask your neighbors to arrange delivery. Or you can change the delivery time. For the same, Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
- The delivery service will usually try to contact you (either by phone or a delivery notification) and may attempt a redelivery. Please understand, the redelivery will only be attempted once. So make sure you are either present or make some arrangement.
- Even after the 2nd attempt if no one is present or arrangement is made by the customer. The customer has to make its own pickup arrangements within 2days of the 2nd attempt. Otherwise it returns to the company Komalartsy and you have to freshly purchase the product.
7. What is your Return Policy?
No We Do NOT Accept Any Refund/Return/Exchange. How Ever You Can Check Our Damage Refund Policy.
