Can I return my order?
All our products are handcrafted by Indian artisans & manufactured on an order basis, hence we do not offer Refund/Return/Exchange. For further details, please go through our Refund And Returns Policy.
What is the guarantee of the Color /plating used in the product?
Polishing and plating is a cost-effective solution to give the products a real look. However, these are prone to wear and tear with time.
Are these products allergic to skin?
No, These products are Lead and Nickel Free.

You will get a confirmation mail on your registered E-mail ID regarding order confirmation
How can I track my order?
Once the order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be sent on your registered E-mail ID along with the link.
What to do if my order has an item missing or damaged?

The payment got debited from my account, but I did not receive an order confirmation. How to get this resolved?
This generally occurs due to a technical issue with the payment gateway. In case you experience the same, you can directly connect to us through WhatsApp +91 9177631386.
How can I get information regarding the delay in delivery?
In case, there’s a delay in the shipment, our team will make sure that they reach out to you on your registered E-mail ID or WhatsApp.
How can I request to change the shipping address, if the order is in transit?
Once order is in the dispatched phase, change of address is not possible. However, you can contact us within 3 hrs of placing the order. It can be altered. You can either email us or whatsapp us at +91 9177631386
What payment methods are available?
Payments for the products available on the website and app may be made in the following ways:
– UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking,
– Online payments are instant payment options and recommended to ensure faster processing of your order.
– Cash On Delivery (COD) option Not Available.
All online payments are handled by authorised Rayzorpay Payment Gateways, considering transaction security measures mandated by the RBI and other regulatory authorities. Komalartsy is not responsible for any breach of information or inappropriate transactions.
How early should I place my order for a wedding function?
We recommend booking your jewellery minimum 3 weeks in advance.
How can I add a Special Message?
Ordering for your loved ones, you can send your personalized message on WhatsApp along with your order number.

What are the shipping charges?
Flat ₹ 100 for orders below ₹799.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, Presently we are not delivering outside India. But soon products will be available internationally at your door steps.
Is COD available?
No, All the orders are on prepaid basis only.
What will be the estimated delivery time of the jewellery?
Dispatch Time = 1 – 2 Business Days
Estimated Order Delivery Time = 3 – 10 Days
What happens if I’m not at home when delivery is attempted?
- If you are not at home, you can ask your neighbors to arrange delivery. Or you can change the delivery time. For the same, Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
- The delivery service will usually try to contact you (either by phone or a delivery notification) and may attempt a redelivery. Please understand, the redelivery will only be attempted once. So make sure you are either present or make some arrangement.
- Even after the 2nd attempt if no one is present or arrangement is made by the customer. The customer has to make its own pickup arrangements within 2days of the 2nd attempt. Otherwise it returns to the company Komalartsy and you have to freshly purchase the product.
- The Order will be marked as Delivered by Komalartsy

PAINTINGS or PRINTS?
- All the items are hand-made paintings on Canvas/MDF board, we don’t offer print versions.
CAN I ORDER DIFFERENT SIZES?
YES, we can make any different size based on your request. Please contact us via whatsapp for details.
CAN I MAKE A CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ORDER?
YES, please contact us if you want to add your touch and style to an available painting or if you have any custom request.
HOW DO YOU PROTECT THE PAINTING FOR SHIPPING?
All artworks are in ready to hang state (except canvas paintings without boards).
To protect artwork well during shipping, all the Artwork is Shipped in a quality plastic/cardboard/ tube and wrapped in bubble mats/paper mats to avoid damage.
Each painting is inspected and professionally packaged for 100% safe travel so that your Artwork arrives to you in perfect condition.
WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
- Never hang your artwork outside, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source.
- Please make sure that you clean your hands before handling artwork.
- Do not place anything on top of the artwork
- Use a clean brush to remove dust from artwork.
HOW TO TIGHTEN A LOSSE AND SAGGY CANVAS PAINTING?
- If over the years you notice that your canvas is starting to loosen up and sag, you can try the following:
- Spray an even, fine mist of clean water or distilled water on the back of the canvas. The canvas should tighten up when it dries.
Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas painting/Artwork.
