What is Damage Return Policy?
- If you wish to return the damaged product due to poorly handled by the courier company.
- Plz make a video of opening the item received from Komalartsy. Bill must be clearly visible and show the clear damage area in video. The address of sender and receiver must be clearly visible. The video must be at one go, clubbing together videos won’t be accepted for refund. Take video in proper lighting.
- Only damaged products are eligible for refund due to poorly handling of courier companies. If an item is purchased during sale, the same amount will be refunded.
- The video must be sent within 3 days of the product delivered by the buyer.
- The video must be sent to the WhatsApp number (check Contact Us) along with necessary details:
- Name
- Address
- Ph Number
- Order No
- Reason for asking refund
- Video of damaged Product
Once you notify the damaged product either you can opt for Full Refund (The Order value is calculated after applying discounts.) or a new item will be sent to you (subject to the availability) within 15-20 working days as per the agreements made between buyer and Komalartsy. Kindly note that items are subjected to the availability and only applicable for the same item ordered by the buyer.
