5. Pricing Policy & Payments
At Komalartsy ,we are dedicated to providing shopping convenience, exceptional service, and an exciting product selection at competitive prices. Prices and availability of the products and services provided or offered on the site are subject to change without prior notice and at the sole discretion of the company.
For orders above ₹10,000, Customers will need to pay 80% of the order value upfront, with the remaining 20% payable just before the date of dispatching the order. Please note that the payment is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
6. GST (Goods and Services Tax)
All prices displayed on our website include the GST rate on jewellery.
7. Packaging
Usually, boxes/ packaging is done according to the order quantity. Komalartsy offers customers the option to request an additional box for their order. An additional charge will apply for each extra box requested. Once the request is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Charges for extra box requests are non-refundable unless Komalartsy is unable to fulfil the request. To request extra packaging, please contact our customer support team at +91-9177631386. The availability of extra boxes is subject to Komalartsy’s discretion.
8. Mode of payment
Payments for the products available on the website and app may be made in the following ways:
– UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking,
– Online payments are instant payment options and recommended to ensure faster processing of your order.
– Cash On Delivery (COD) option Not Available.
All online payments are handled by authorised Rayzorpay Payment Gateways, considering transaction security measures mandated by the RBI and other regulatory authorities. Komalartsy is not responsible for any breach of information or inappropriate transactions.
9. Credit Card Details
You agree to provide accurate and correct credit card details for availing services on the site. You must use your lawfully owned credit card in any credit card transaction.
10. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is not applicable.
11. Cancellation and Changes by Customers
Cancellation or modification requests will be accepted only if the order has not been shipped. If your request meets this condition and is made within 3 hours of placing the order, please WhatsApp us at +91 9177631386. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
12. Sales and Promotion
The sale runs till the stock lasts. Duration of sale is at the sole discretion of Komalartsy, and it reserves the right to extend or terminate the sale, without further information, at any point in time.
- The products can be removed/changed/added under the Sale category and the discounted prices can also be changed. It will be at the sole discretion of Komalartsy
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted. However only damaged products can be replaced. For more details, read our returns and exchange policy.
